How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed through our new Request A Quote feature, emailed to order@frontlineprints.com, or over the phone at (641) 472-3574.

When will I get my finished print job?
Turnaround is dependent on the job details. Providing copies of one sheet will have a shorter turnaround than bindery services of 100 items. If you are in a hurry to complete your order please ask about our rush printing options.

How do I check the status of my order?
We are always willing to update our customers on the stage of their order. You can email order@frontlineprints.com or call (641) 472-3574.

How long will it take for my order to arrive after being shipped?
This depends on the delivery location of your shipment and the shipping method you choose to deliver with.

How much does Shipping & Handling cost?
This is also dependent on the shipping method as well as the product weight. We can likely give you a close estimate before order shipment.

At what resolution should I save my photos and graphics?
The minimum suggested resolution would be 300 dpi. If you submit an image with a lower resolution there is potential that your image will be pixelated or blurry.

What file format should I use when submitting my electronic document for printing?
PDF files are the preferred file type as all our machines are equipped for their viewing.

Why do the printed colors look different from the colors on my screen?
Your computer likely has a different color calibration than our printers. This can cause color variances, which is why we recommend validating your colors before submitting your order.
